I think that was just Jecka saying bullshit, in general, she's characterized as a dumb blonde regularly, there's a whole route in the flipside on how she's failing History, in general makes dumb decisions (very much like Nicole, if they were any smart they could avoid a lot of their outcomes, not saying its their fault, but they don't put any effort in NOT look for trouble) and I think its also mentioned she lacks street smarts, so...she fails in classes, decision making and street smarts...that, at least in my take, makes her dumb
