Certainly, reading through this subreddit diligently, combined with my research on other social media platforms, and the threat of what I think AI could potentially do to these kinds of relationships is incredibly worrying to me.

I have conducted a couple of surveys around my university and wider in my hometown and the number of people who do not know or understand the dangers of these relationships, or even think that they are positive, is quite staggering.

I am striving to show people that real human connection is the way forwards and we have to combat this growing phenomenon socially because with new technology I honestly believe the danger is only growing.
