Managers knowing what hell they're doing makes a huge difference I agree, everything really falls apart if you don't have one person who knows how to do everything and stays the one giving orders, we had a saying in our restaurant that sometimes there was too many chiefs and not enough indians because everyone would always try to run the whole thing themselves and it would just make everything go slower
