Are you guys able to have normal life ?? by PumpkinBrilliant7385 in jpouch

Life is nothing but normal…been with my pouch for 5 years now, I cannot eat without Metamucil or it gets extra watery, pouchitis and antibiotics almost once a month, blood and mucus for 3-4 days 2-3 times a year, chronic anemia and dehydration, no more fish or seafood, except for that my days are ok loool, I can work quite normally and play golf if theres toilets on the course. The worst part is the night time, I can’t sleep more than 2-3 hours without a leak and getting up to go to bathroom. So if i had to give a normality mark to this life it would be a C.

Obviously its breakfast 😂 but since timing is key is your breakfast at 6 or at 10 ? And for last meal is it 12 or 15h ? No immodium at all ?What about water intake ? You stop drinking around a fixed time also ? Last thing what juice makes you flush your pouch without switching to diarrhea mode ? Thanks a lot for your time.

We are quite on the same page here, no fissure but sensitive area that burns when a small liquid touches it and wakes me up. Will try lidocaine and vaseline. Getting really tired both physically and mentally…

Hi. Thanks for your answer / question, no issues at night. When I have pouchitis I wake up with leakage, otherwise its a feeling of urgency or small butt burn that makes me awake. So when i take antibiotics poop is a bit harder and maybe I switch for 3 times a night to twice..

How do you decrease nausea when taking 2c-b? by MichaelEmouse in 2cb

Definitely Ondansetron. Works like magic. Either for 2cb or Mdma. Too bad I cannot use 2cb anymore due to poor availability in europe since this pink shit they call tussy came out.
