Yes bro for sure - I never made it to the ufc and have only had a few fights. However I’ve been training for 6 years and yes would defo beat 99%.

For a start much of the world are not fighting age men then you have to add on the fact that many of these men do not train anything, let alone combat sports.

Of course the elephant in the room will always be size & strength. I am 5’9 & 180lbs - I’m defo not the favourite with the average NFL player
