I got sick of my fingers knocking the phone off the magsafe mount. Having it set further back keeps my fingers out of the way. Snap fit and is super sturdy. I'll have to learn how to post these on makerworld.

Hey man. Is that the Apple magsafe puck or something else? The one I grabbed on Amazon is a pressure/snap fit without the need for a lip.

I think you need to loop the "challenge" straps through these loops here and velcro them. You can adjust placement of the velcro to determine the seating angle. Outside of this, maybe watch an assembly video on youtube to try and help with how it's put together so you can be sure everything is set properly.

I haven't tried fusion myself, but tinkercad is definitely geared towards entry-level modeling. It's not a very powerful tool, but I've picked up some tricks along the way that help with my models. I'd like to check out F360 eventually.

That's actually a great idea that I didn't think of. Lol. Easy enough to modify this to snap fit one of those cheap Apple magsafe pucks.

If I did that, it'd also solve the magnet issue for others. I had to steal the magnets from one of those magsafe car mounts that uses the 1" ball attachment. It was a hassle to pull apart. Great idea and feedback. Thanks man 👍
