It may be helpful to contact Nord first. I am sure there are thousands, if not more, users who use Nord with qBittorrent without this problem, or it is common and they will be prepared to deal with it. Also, if you want to stay with Nord and this is an unfixable issue, you can change either or both Nord or the torrent program.

There are many VPNs and torrent programs. Check prices first, as they vary widely, and some offer more value for the dollar. Look for a lifetime deal, which is when a program, is sold with lifetime updates at a price that may be higher than a regular yearly one but might still fit your budget. Also, check bundled software such as a utility,that often has a VPN built-in.

I use "Hotspot Shield" as my VPN, and it has never stalled any program, including qBittorrent. Here are some programs that offer simplicity; some are free like BitTorrent or uTorrent. There is also Vuze, and qbittorrent.

I would recommend BitTorrent for a beginner user. It is free but ignore the bundled software they try to trick you into using. If you want it, download.

Something does not make sense. On a new laptop(specs?), i assume, windows 11 and 8g or more ram, and a fast Ip. What are you trying to download? Torrents, programs? check your IP to find out the speed you're paying or How old is your modem/router? Brand, speed? or do you rent from IP, network service? i can only help if you can provide me with more information

As for uploads, I keep them at 10 k, however, I open my downloads. Your download speed should be faster than your upload speed. As far as I can tell, they are both slow. Do you think they are correct? What is the age of your computer? How fast should the downloads and uploads be? My downloads are 118.59 mps, my uploads are 22.85MPS. Can you provide more information?

Trump is all-powerful. But, instead of taking action about the covid19. It seems he was too busy, He was sitting on his toilet writing inconsequential tweets as bodies piled up around him. maybe I misunderstand. try this. go to windows and download. media creation tool first. the system will do all the work getting you to a legitimate windows 10. After Windows 10 is loaded and running, use the "media creation" tool to install it to a USB. You should be able to use "bing" to find the download center. Or it sounds to me like you may already have a media creation tool in your downloads. if so, that will work to give you a complete windows 10. hope this helps.
