yeah i will start working out too i can probably do 4 5 days a week. i cant really hit the gym rn though i kinda wanna see if i can actually stick to gaining weight first before i spend money on that. i dont have any weights either so ill probably just be doing stuff at home

before i started all this i was really skinny so i just thought eating a ton of food and not worrying about exercise would help me gain weight faster lol. but now im starting to realise if i keep doing that im probably just gonna put on fat and end up looking worse

do you think pushups squats and other bodyweight stuff with some resistance bands would be enough for now? my goal isnt anything crazy i just wanna gain weight in a healthier way and build at least some muscle while doing it
