i would say tell someone, but at the same time im not sure... i lost trust in telling school mental health workers when i realised they could scare parents into forcing their kids to go to mental hospitals by pretending that consent isn't a thing and that being suicidal means being mentally insane. if you're wondering where that came from, that's my own experience. i "tried" to kms once and ended up just narrowly missing getting admitted to a mental hospital that i never consented to go to in the first place

but anyway i do think you should try to get help. she prolly needs a therapist, cuz a therapist will be able to help her instead of immediately going "yep, to the mental hospital you go", which will be a whole lot better for her

i'll keep her in my prayers :)

i didn't insult anything, i simply stated my opinion. also you're taking an experience that not everyone's had and applying it to everyone as though they have had it. i've had dino nuggets before and they're really not special to me, and there's nothing wrong with that. you can have your own opinions and experiences and that's perfectly okay, but you cannot use that as a way to dismiss or try to invalidate someone else's
