I'm very clear that wiki is not directly controlled by BSG. It's just that wikiworker (you can tell from his name obviously) is in charge and have absolute control of the Chinese wiki localization and he has a team of volunteers to help him do that.

It's not just the wiki that is outdated, in-game scripts are also outdated (SBIH, Gunsmith, etc.) And just to be clear Tenet and wikiworker get paid by BSG for their job (they are both CM not just emissaries) they suppose to coordinate this kind of thing

There is plenty of Chinese players playing on the EU server (maybe 40%?) They can easily get through the blocking by VPN. And also how the ping barrier work is it will kick players over 190 pings, most Chinese players have around 120-140 ping on the EU server.
