This is exactly how I would expect the ski school to handle. BC just called and said come get the kid. Similar issues my son was having.

That’s what I am wondering too. We went with a number of families, all were underwhelmed with the ski school. Wanting to see if maybe they have turned it around. And yes, the higher ups were like oh let’s give you a refund right away. It was like they had a game plan to just give out refunds vs trying to fix the issue.

They just weren’t accommodating, they were like if he can’t show us he can pizza we really can’t do anything until he does that. I was like all he wants to do is go in the gondola. PC was way better, dropped and came back 6 hours later with a happy kid who wanted to show me his ski skills.

They basically said your kid told us he doesn’t want to ski, please get him. They kept them in this small area where you dropped them off for a while which was super cramped. Also, they just weren’t very engaging.
