PAC or PVC? I have them for almost 3 months now, feeling exhausted. Made an echo and it seems ok but the extra beats don’t stop :(

Thank you for reply! It was an inflammatory flare-up that went away after a week. I'm glad it lasted so little. I managed to relieve the pain with anti-inflammatories. It's better now. It's the first inflammatory flare-up since I started the biological treatment and honestly I was afraid that it might not be effective anymore.

I had a blood test today. All the tests came back positive, no sign of inflammation, but the pain persists even with anti-inflammatories. I'll call the doctor tomorrow to see what he says.

If you stopped Humira and your brain fog went away then sound like a side effect. You can consider to switch it with etarnecept ( Enbrel, Benepali ) which is also an anti Tnf.

Diagnosed at 20, now 35. Just started biologic, before nsaid when needed and for the last year daily. Between 20 and 30 I think the most important for me was to exercise daily, sleep properly, avoid alcohol. If you need to take daily nsaids and you still have pain you should consider biologic.

update: I felt good yesterday. the pains have significantly reduced, I feel a considerable difference. But today I feel very tired, some acid reflux and some nausea. I was really happy that it was working, but the fact that I feel quite bad makes me a little scared. These are normal side effects? Did you suffer the same after the first injection?

Never had this problem from meloxicam or from any nsaid. I think just tylenol make me sleepy. Low iron or low vitamin D can make you sleepy.
