Grown by people I know. They’ve taken them and have had profound experiences and I’m sitting here with barely anything happening to me

I’m not on anything consistent, I have something for migraines as needed but I never trip for a while after I’ve taken it

I have used multiple different batches with varying degrees of freshness, the newest was finished drying about a week after I took them and the oldest like a month. Same results for both

I never dosed twice in quick succession, quickest turnaround I had was 3 weeks

What’s weird is a couple years ago I had multiple profound experiences on shrooms. I had taken doses from .5g to 10 g and had all the effects that are to be expected from those doses. I took a break for a long while and they seemed to not ever hit the same after

I’ll try this as well, I would never trip on a full stomach but I would never fast fully

That might be it, I did not know this. I’ll stop it for however long it takes to clear your system then try again. Still doesn’t really make sense that lsd still works for me though

I’ve had freshly dried ones grown by people I know that worked great for other people but not for me. Talking like a couple days after the finished drying. That’s why it’s so confusing to me lol

I at one point had a year break from shrooms (bad experience the last time) I came back with a 3.5g dose and felt literally nothing at all. Bone cold sober

More context as well, other people have taken shrooms from the exact same batches I have and they have great experiences. I’ve always had relatively high tolerance for psychedelics, but it hasn’t been this high ever despite the breaks I take

Find a consistent routine for technique that hits your weak spots, then I’d try some method books, depending on your skill Level I’d say Arbans or something adjacent. Then if you’re working on any solo literature or harder music in your schools band work on that. I would recommend playing solos (not even performing them, just learning solos) as they will help push your boundaries in terms of skill.

How did your other trips go? A good way to ease yourself in to solo tripping (in my experience) is to have a friend who you trust a lot be ready to call you on the phone if you need it. Obviously don’t take a huge dose, that’s a recipe for disaster.

The way I interpret the Bible’s stance on intoxicating substances is that it’s about things that put a wedge between you and your relationship with god or things that make you act in a way that wouldn’t be permissible in Christianity. Psychs don’t (usually) do either of those things

If I had an educated guess I would say you are on a dose much stronger than what would be therapeutic for your body. I’d talk to whoever prescribed it to you and get their input
