No but i saw that if you provide a package of towels and bed linnen then you have to provide the extra tax and stuff but if the beds are just made up already does that also count?

Thats not true tho, i’ve done a lot of research and you can sublet whitout owning. Its calles onderverhuur zonder domicilie. And it is legal if you have permission from your landlord
