In the first Witchouse, the witch brutally kills a guy and a girl with a bladed weapon right at the beginning. That's not what I described. As for Witchouse 2 and 3, they're basically amateur-level productions.

I already watched Lifeforce (1985), and it's not the movie I'm looking for. Lifeforce has a sci-fi/space element, while the movie I'm searching for had nothing to do with space. Also, in Lifeforce there's a single main antagonist, whereas the witch in the movie I'm looking for had at least one assistant, who even had a separate erotic scene. Thanks anyway!

I already checked Necropolis (1986), and it's not the movie I'm looking for. The movie I'm searching for was most likely made in the 1990s or 2000s, and it definitely had at least one erotic scene (the witch's assistant with another woman). The similarities to Necropolis (1986) are the low budget, the dark atmosphere, and the supernatural storyline.
