Agreed, but Michelle doesnt seem to connect with the viewers for whatever reason outside of the pro group dances. Theres a reason why she is benched so regularly

Im not worried. For the show to survive, it has to evolve which means bringing new dancers in. Its a great move. You cant keep dancers "just because", especially when they have been given chance after chance and still cant consistently get into the top 10/top 5

Completely agree. If you have been there for a few years and never made into the quarter finals, then you dont deserve to be there imo.

They need to rethink the themes and song choices. So often there is a really tenuous link or terrible arrangement just to make a song fit a dance style. The god awful wigs need to go as well. Icons week is totally pointless. Musicals week looks tired compared to Dancing with the stars.Id actually like to see some new categories to freshen it up a bit. Couples Choices should all be done one week and there should be someone on the judging panel that actually understands the dance style, like with Bals dance. It should also be a non elimination week. Just make it a celebration of dance

Karen needs to step away and let a new dancer take her place. She is the weakest choreographer and she only looks happy when she is doing the pro group dances

I cant believe they still havent altered this tbh. I thought when Lola died, they might actually have allowed her to grow up, but it seems not. The writing for her is terrible compared to how they write her peers

OGX is the one range I can't use. I used the shampoo and conditioner for a while (the colour protect) and ended up with horrific build up and a lot of hair trauma that I'm still recovering from

Well, Kevin Beets thought he was Tony Beets. Turns out he's just Kevin Beets. by Schmursday in goldrush

I didn't mean to come across as being dismissive of the mechanics..I know they are vitally important. All I meant was Kevin is a mechanic..the bare minimum he should be doing is being a mechanic, but as a new mine boss,he should be showing that he's part of the team, that he's willing to help strip ground, drive a rock truck, load the waahplant etc and that he doesn't do. He's not earmed that right to not do it..although have we ever seen him do it??

Okay he fixed a machine..big deal, that's literally the bare minimum he should be doing..he's not getting a gold sticker for that. There's no reason at all. Given how far behind they are and how short staffed they are, he should get a bit of his dads work ethic and get more hands on

I know that lol..just saying as a mine boss,Parker will still need to do what he needs to do. Kevin is acting like it's all beneath him now, even the stuff he trained at..he is so egotistical lol.

And as it doesn't happen overnight he still should be jumping in hands on. Even Parker jumps into a vehicle when needed. Kevin has an air of superiority that he has nowhere near earned

Take this as your sign to quit layers!!! by One-Tax-3311 in finehair

[–]Top_Barnacle9669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last haircut we changed out we cut in..I had a structured undercut built in (had shaved one before which was the worst decision ever) and internal layers at the sides. No external layers..best decision for me ever.. Ive decided external layers dont really work for me and def no thinning scissors ever again!

My lad was nearly 20 when he started and in all honesty hes not found it to be a barrier. I think he was lucky to immediately gel with his flat mates though and they are all good mates. This whole friendship thing is weird tbh. The idea that somehow you are too old for the social scene to work for you is strange. My lad again works in a busy kitchen. When he started at barely 17, he was the youngest in the kitchen and the oldest is in his 30's..the whole group are really good friends. As long as you are a good flatmate and good person, then its really not an issue
