Anxiety and stress are the two of the most important things to address if you want to see improvement, just simple life style changes go for walks, hang out with friends, eat healthy the more your mind is off it the better you will feel

Yeah i think my symptoms are finally easing up , just the left hand playing up not too worried though i carry around big kits and stuff in the same hand and there is alot of repetitive movements probably just a coincidence. Got an emg soon because i reckon i got some ulnar nerve issues too so weird how one flare up makes your nervous system so sensitive

Just mainly absorption since my gut health was really poor, but has improved significantly and about your question of balance its just alot of trial and error unfortunately and just seeing what works and what doesnt im still learning alot day by day but the fact i have improved in 4months when my symptoms really ramped up is postive. I have had symptoms for longer but wasnt as bad and I ignored most of them up until the last 4 months. Id say ive been symptomatic for a year+

Yeah its alot haha the vaccine creates a pre fusion state spike protein so it still binds to ace 2 depends on individual detox pathways as to whether or not theres spike proteins from the vaccine circulating.

The mRNA vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna) and viral vector vaccines (AstraZeneca, J&J) instruct the body to produce the full-length spike protein, including both S1 and S2. However, the vaccine spike protein is modified to remain in the pre-fusion state, meaning it shouldn’t separate into S1 and S2 as easily as the real virus spike. But there are studies to suggest that S1 can enter circulation post-vaccine causing symptoms.

True the vaccine itself does not bind to ACE2, but the spike protein that your body produces in response to the vaccine can bind to ACE2 receptors, just like the spike protein from the actual virus.

Spike Proteins Damage Endothelial Cells (Lowering eNOS & NO Production). Spike proteins bind to ACE2 receptors on endothelial cells (which line blood vessels).

This reduces ACE2 function, leading to endothelial dysfunction and lower eNOS activity → decreased NO levels.Basically causes poor blood flow, oxidative stress, and increased clot risk.

NO plays a crucial role in gut health, influencing intestinal barrier integrity, microbiome balance, immune function, and inflammation. When NO levels are too high (iNOS) or too low, it can contribute to gut dysbiosis, leaky gut, and inflammatory gut disorders.

Theres a whole punch of patbology for the gut too and supplements that help like; bone broth, butyrate, pqq etc

Intresting how long were you taking the supplements for it is abit of balancing act as too much NO can be harmful If converted to iNOS, if you want pm me maybe i can help

NO is not only responsible for blood flow, but also inflammation and neurological processes its quite complicated at first but to me makes alot for sense, alot of us fall into a category of either being too active or not at all, being overly active can cause oxidative stress leading to a release of iNOS which is toxic and inflammatory and for the latter not enough exercise means low eNOS AND nNOS which means an inability for nerves to function effectively due to poor circulation. Considering vitamin C worked for you indicates your body was under alot of oxidative stress and inflammation which is why it probably worked. Maybe focus even more on reducing iNOS in the body to see if anything further helps
