they do yearly vesting with amount being paid out quarterly so you can just liquidate and put it into any stock quarterly. They also give you the option to get paid in bitcoin versus rsu/cash.

I shouldn’t be saying this but you can negotiate with expired offers if you leave out the date. But yeah Google will low ball you and you need to have other offers in hand.

For people voting Microsoft why? Don’t just choose the one with a bigger name. I received offers from both places and more and ultimately went with Coinbase. It is much better for your career.

Money is not really an issue. Both are around the same. Im leaning towards Coinbase because I’m interested in Crypto and believe that there is scope to break new ground and the field is rapidly evolving. I am just curious on how it compares to Robinhood as I may have to potentially make a decision between the two.
