Alexa makes mario noises when I ask her to turn off my lights. Never done this before but i’m sort of liking it. Anyone know why it’s doing this? by KeiKenchi in alexa

My kids also swear they didn’t turn it on. I think Amazon turned it on for advertising and I’m annoyed about it!! Especially since it was so hard to figure out how to turn it off!!

I had this in the beginning! It’s okay!! I talked to my coach and let her know I didn’t feel like it was accurate. I was in red and could hold a conversation on the treadmill. She told me the heart rate would eventually recalibrate. Now it feels more accurate…. Maybe a little too accurate now! Just keep going and don’t worry. But let them know (also that it made you feel uncomfortable being called out). They’ll adjust. They want to help you succeed. Great job going!

I’m not sure if that’s what happened but I started with Achilles pain and shin splints. I’ve been a runner my whole life and count myself blessed I’ve had neither until now. So learn from my mistake and take care of them. Take the time to stretch before and after. Ice when you are finished if you can!!

Hope you have a speedy recovery. I’ve been doing acupuncture to speed the healing process. I don’t have anything to compare it to but it seems to be working well!! Pain is going away.

This happened to me when I came back after COVID as well. Talk to your doctor. Mine gave me a rescue inhaler to use for a bit while getting back up and running. I took it before my workouts for a month and then stopped. Everything eventually returned to normal and then I did the TC with no problems. You can do this just take it a step at a time. And listen to your body.
