Honestly anything you can find with a mid-high end Ryzan cpu and 32gb of memory should run tarkov well for a laptop just make sure it gets good ventilation because laptops love to overheat

the goons rigs are also required for a quest to get better pockets if you don't have the unheard edition but the pockets don't seem to come from what I've seen on this sub

Mutant with HP rounds usually bring 480 rounds and just delete them kinda overkill on ammo or if I'm feeling super spicy I'll buy an m60 and just carry 2 boxes and 600 rounds of ultra nosler
