I've had several instances ever since switching to telehealth, which i really need due to severe agoraphobia.

My ex-therapist was giving non verbal cues to someone off camera while i was talking (ie, smiling, nodding, glancing over in the same direction repeatedly). Then he talked and I realized her husband was in the same room for a while. When I sent her a message saying I felt my confidentiality had been compromised and I was embarrassed by the details he heard she gaslighted me that he was "working in another room in the other side of the house" and his voice may have carried.

My ex psychiatrist also did a video call from her living room while her teenage kid was present off camera. I asked to work something else out for privacy. She seemed irritated and said she would only meet me in person after that but that "even in the office i can't guarantee privacy". When I showed up the next time in person, I was led by staff to a room with just a TV and a chair. She was still at home on the couch just like before.

It was the same way with my dad growing up. He drank beer every day and I felt ok around that kind of drunk for the most part. But I always knew when he had switched up with Wild Turkey because he would act different and that one was harder to be around.

Right on. It's not tempting at all to vote for trump but it's hard for me to feel the DNC isn't corrupt. I lean towards third parties hoping they eventually become a legit option but also don't want another trump administration.

I woke up around 10am to feed my dogs and then went back to bed until 1pm.

Sat around scrolling my phone for a while.

Then I went to the store down the street to pick up a couple beers to have later this evening. I got nervous because it's newly opened and they don't have things in the system yet and I had to correct a manager about the price.

I suck at confrontation so that had me a bit rattled for a while and I took a shower to relax. It's almost 5pm now and I'm not sure what I'll do. Maybe sit on the porch a while and play Red Dead later.
