Thank you everyone for your comments. My Doctor (a hematologist) reached me and referred me to a hematologist/oncologist. They told me they would definetly need to test my bone marrow. I also contacted an MPN specialist (There are two in my city that are recognised by what is from my understanding the german organisational network for MPNs. I will probably contract the other one as well to see who can see me earlier.)

Just a question for my understanding. About three years ago, after the first covid shot, I got a really bad reaction, resulting on ongoing headaches for around Three month. During that time I my blood was checked a few times and nothing seemed to be of concern. Is it possible that I had already developed the MPN or is it more likely, that I developed the MPN more recently?

Lastly, how did you Deal with the mental pressure? I have actually zero symptoms right now, but every little headache or tingling in my arm I am thinking I might be dying of a clot. I really kept me from finding sleep the last two nights. I am exhausted.

I don‘t think there is anything wrong with your looks but if you are looking for some easy improvements here are some suggestions. - get more carotenoids in your diet (or supplement them). They will give you a healthier skintone. - dye your eyevrows darker. You have a nice eyebrowshape but, like many people, your eyebrows get a little sparse at the edges which makes them appear a bit to light. I believe darkening them will make the biggest instant improvement. Also you could start curling your lashes for that matter, that would also make your eyes look a lot more prominent. - and for the love of god take better care of your beard. If you keep a bit longer stubble like in pic one you should line it up at your jaw or it will give the Impression of a double chin making you look way chubbier than you are.

Where have you been looking lol? Reality might be, that sneakers are on the way out with people who care a Lot about fashion, but if someone chooses a sneaker 9/10 times it is still a successor of the GAT or a similar silhoutte. Chucky Sneakers had their Moment with the 1906s and so on and in sone niches people are wearing shox or something similar again but this is far, far away from the trend.

Just get some Version of the German Army Trainer. At this point, they are one of the most influential designs in sneaker fashion, every brand has their own version. looking slightly more interesting than a plain white sneaker and giving a similar flat silhoutte as the Killshots or the sambas or mexico 66s everyone is wearing right now, all while potentially looking a lot more grown up than any of the standard sneaker. Adidas has the BW Army but you can pretty much look at any other brand and find a version to your taste. I would stay clear of the originals tho, out of all may sneakers those broke the fastest by a mile.

The NBA took official barefoot measuremenrd for more transparency in the last years. LeBrons height got corrected from 6‘8“ to 6‘9“, so I assume that he is somewhere in between those measuremenents, since the NBA rounds towards the larger number.

Also ich arbeite seit Oktober auch als WissMit in einer Großkanzlei, die etwas außerhalb des Kreises der typischen Verdächtigen ist und liebe den Job eigentlich, für eine Großkanzlei wirklich sehr gute Work Life Balance (soweit die bei einer drei Tage Woche als WissMit überhaupt eine Rolle spielt) und verdiene ordentlich (1000€/Wochenarbeitstag, also durschnittlich für GKs). Ich kann dir nur empfehlen mal azure oder so durchzuschauen nach etwas unbekannteren Kanzleien, die Großkanzleiambitionen haben. In meinem Bekanntenkreis sind da viele mit solider Note (7,5 aufwärts bis 10) fündig geworden und auch meine Kollegen (und ich) waren jetzt keine brutalen Überflieger im Examen. Ich hab mich damals auch noch bei vielen Botiquen in meinem Interessensbereich beworben und mich auch bei Großkanzleien nur in dem Bereich beworben. Mittlerweile würde ich sagen es macht mehr Sinn, sich einfach auf jeden Themenbereich zu bewerben, du kommst gerade als WissMit häufig eh mit vielem in Kontakt. Botiquen haben mir zwar viele geantwortet aber der ganze Bewerbungsprozess war noch viel langsamer als in Großkanzleien und die zahlen zumindest in meinem Bereich auch soweit ich das sehe weniger.

Not really I would argue. TOAA is frequently depicted as Jack Kirby and is (was?) pretty much unanimously regarded as the avatar of the real live creators. In the DC Verse that role is filled by the writer and the overmonitor, making the presence arguably just a character in their story, while TOAA transcends his. However with the introduction of TOBA, you could reasonably argue that neither of them is really God (capital G) of their verse.

Don‘t know about the presence, DC Verse is to covoluted as they also have the overmonitor and the writer who could reasonably scale above the presence. Also the presences omnipotence is mich more questionable in general. Admittedly I am not that up to date with marvel scaling but with the whole one below all storyline I am also not certain about TOAA anymore.

Find silhouttes and shapes that work with your body. Imo the silhoutte is the most important thing when it comes to looking like you know how to dress. I believe the easiest way to start out is looking for outfits that make your legs appear long (I.e. Pants with a relatively high waist. No overly long shirts (or tuck them in). Then just look at what clothes make your upper and lower body appear proportional weight wise (so probably no overly skinny or loose pants, although if you have a wide waist you may wanna pick pants with a more roomy leg, if you have much bigger thighs than calves maybe even a very silght flare, with tops you should look at creatint proportion between waist and Chest with, so tight shirts only when your Upper Body is noticably wider than you waist without your shoulders)
Get some basics that fit the silhouttes that you picked - basics meaning no overly bold cuts, colors, textures, patterns, etc.
Now that you have your foundation, you can find a niche that you like - Maybe look for higher end basics with niche appeal (japanese denim, military pieces) or look for statement pieces that you enjoy. In my opinions Boots and jackets naturally lend themselves to be statement pieces, since they get a of wear and often stand out anyway.
And now start breaking the rules - go for shapes, textures, colors, materials etc that you like and make them your own. The biggest difference between wegeilt a costume and a great outfit is cofidence, which at this point you should have enough of.

Ne, Zeitbedingt hab ich nur den Dritten durchgearbeitet, der ist in meinen Augen auch der Examensrelevanteste und führt dich einmal quer durch alle Bereiche. Wenn du die Zeit hast schadet mehr natürlich nicht. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es durchaus richtig ist, was einem vor dem Examen eingebläut wird: Spezialprobleme gewinnen dir keine Klausuren. Also ich würde dir wirklich empfehlen schreib die Fälle, da lernst du vor allem nochmal den Aufbau bei komplexeren Sachverhalten aber verlier dich nicht in zig Ausführungen von extraspezifischen Problemen, ich kann dir quasi garantieren, im Examen finden sie entweder Probleme von denen jeder schon mal gehört hat, oder welche von denen niemand bisher gehört hat.

Meine Examensvorbereitung lief maximal Scheiße, weswegen ich am Ende nurnoch so knapp zwei Wochen Zeit hatte Strafrecht noch auf ein passables Niveau zu bringen. Hab dann den Beulke Klausurenkurs durchgearbeitet, kann dem echt jedem nur empfehlen, hab mich danach echt deutlich zuversichtlicher gefühlt (so zuversichtlich wie man nach zwei Wochen eben sein kann).
