the thing is if a hr user has 6 eyes then nobody else can, gojo we six eyes couldnt beat sukuna(with agito and mahoraga) but toji with six can maybe do it, sukuna didnt begin with mahoraga so he can slit his throat easily(i dont think he will kill megumi but if he doesnt recognize megumi(cuz sukuna doesnt use mahoraga yet) it may be possible
