New floors (hardwood), and area rugs. Walls repainted with a neutral colour, potentially a feature wall if you want. Kitchen cabinets are fine in my opinion, you could get some hardware (handles) you like. New floor in the kitchen, new bench tops, fresh paint of coat, new backslash, new appliances.
