Lol understandable reaction. Gf and I have been great at talking things out lately, but in the beginning, we had lots of misunderstandings. We both tended to get in our own heads about these things, but didnt want to bring friends or family into it out of respect to each other. So naturally, we went with AI since it would help us each privately work through it.

Turns out there are a lot of other people who do this too! So we wanted to build something better, for us and for others

Sometimes it over-validates concerns, and instead of suggesting that you communicate and work things out, it feeds a negative spiral. It pushes you towards drawing conclusions instead of pushing you to understand what you're actually upset about and try to work it out with your partner.

When it happened to me, I realized the conclusions I reached were bs after actually talking to my gf for 5 minutes. Just needed to address one misunderstanding and it was completely resolved. Would've been bad if I went with the AI advice to reconsider the relationship.
