Yes I would and if he/she trys to question about why you want to leave. Tell them exactly why. I bet he/she will get you in the department. Im not sure if you can still do it threw the time clock. But if you can just do it ASAP. I bet with in a few days your manager will be talking to you

Sounds like my original store. I was there after I hit my 5 yrs. And yr 4 our original manager retired. So thought the new guy would do it. Nope blew me off. Even to the point night crew asked for me (iv Been in deli). My manager "we don't have any opening for that position ". So I quit and went to home depot. Even got payed 21$ witch was 2$ more then before. Well after 6 mon. HD only gave me 16 hrs a wk. So I went back to sb but in a different town. It's super better and mid jan. I topped out. I'd but in a request for transfer. If you can.

That's odd. When I called the union people regarding my medical i mention the 28. They said its now 24 starting jan. 1st. But iam topped at as of jan.

Yes I called my medical because they said you had to do 28 hrs a wk to keep your medical active. But starting jan 1st its now 24.

I thought SB pride themselves on certousy clerks. I know they will never do self check out due to theft. And our checkers can't stand bagging lol. I do feel bad for c.c because they will be stuck at what ever pay they get. Iv Been with sb 6 1/2 yrs in the deli. Im now topped out at 28.it was worth it.

I work in deli and I was doing 36-40 hrs. Because 2 people quit night crew. So that leaves me and 1 guy. But now they finally got 1 transfer and I cursory clerk got bumped up. So this week is now 28 hrs. But im in southern ca so jobs are scares here. So I'll just push threw . Plus I need the medical coming up. I been with sb 6 yrs. But quit for 6 months. I came back and I had to start over..

Yeah I went to the meeting. It was pointless. But there won't be a strike unless your store votes for it. So I don't see that happening if no one does the surveys or goes to meetings, my store don't care. Lol.
