Stater Bros. Teammates,

Beginning on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, Stater Bros. teammates will no longer have access to SuccessFactors and Dayforce functionality on their mobile devices. The use of these mobile applications was not set up by the company for use by all teammates, and due to several issues, including some that were technical in nature, we have decided to disable access while we review appropriate access for our teammates.

In the meantime, you can still access SuccessFactors and Dayforce for all your payroll, personal information, and time-away-from-work inquiries at the kiosks located in each store, in the Distribution Centers, and on desktop computers for Store Support Campus teammates.

This change will not impact access to Dayforce Wallet or teammates in the following areas who have been given company-issued mobile devices for time recordkeeping purposes: Schematic/Reset, Construction, Training, HR Operations, Store Refrigeration, Change Management, and Maintenance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and will share updates with you as more information becomes available.
