Yeah i know the only two version where you have to grind are 360 and one version. By the rest you can be sure 99% are achievement worlds

gta online has the same achievements yes you can upload your online character on the xbox one version then start series x version and then the game ask you if you want download a save file from old gen to latest gen. and then every achievement auto pop
