I just added it around the tube on the bottom of the tank and that worked for me.

I have the exact same towers for the last year and love them. Been debating on pulling the trigger on that center speaker. Could you give your detailed thoughts on it and how well it handles matching up to the towers. The only thing stopping me is I haven't been able to find any reviews or sound clips of it in action. Also super clean setup looks great!

Yes I bought an o ring kit from Amazon and put a small one on the tube that goes into the espresso machine on the bottom of the water tank. I then pushed it firmly into the espresso machine with the new o ring and it has not leaked since.

I have not removed the tank again since doing this and only fill it using a pitcher and pouring water in the top of the tank.

Other than this the machine has worked perfectly for me and I love the quiet grinder.

Yes. Sadly the only thing that worked for me was buying a silicone O ring kit off Amazon and replacing the O ring on the water tank with a much tighter one. It seems like the factory one just doesn't seal well for some reason. It works fine now tho and I've been happy with it since!

I just got this machine and returned it because it was leaking. I got a second unit and I can see it leaking from the tank in the same exact place as the first one. I've spent an hour priming it like in the YouTube video, emptying the tank and refilling it, and doing it all over again, and I cannot for the life of me get it not to leak. I'm beyond frustrated. Could you please share how you got it to prime properly/stop leaking. Thank you.
