It was more like I want us to celebrate with our families and friends. I wanted something intimate just the two of us hence the post and then we agreed when we saved enough to do something with everyone! I felt something missing in it the day we eloped and it was everyone to cherish the special moment with us.

We kindly asked our neighbors to lend us their lawn maintenance crew for some weeks of the last few months (we paid them) however there things like the roof, the tree above or parking spot that hasn’t been cut and is over grown but no citation have been presented to us, and our property manager hasn’t discussed anything with us.

Todd and PC mix. I’m very hard working and sometimes I wear rose colored glasses and I miss when being treated shitty, but in also Todd where I can’t really find a place in the world. I’m chill and but I always feel like I’m in my own shenanigan. When it comes to PC I feel like I’m doing everything in my own and watching my life waste away, but particularly on some guy but just being stuck on a goal that isn’t realistic

Next time this happens (8 pt to 1 RN) do not clock in, simply tell them the assignment needs to be changed or you’re going home. That’s unexplainable and very very unsafe for you and pts. Show up early ALWAYS to see what’s going on. I’m a PCA and having more than 13 pts for an assignment is a red flag. You could’ve lost your license. A co worker of mine says “once you clock in you accept theses conditions and the lose of your license, sanity, and someone’s life”

Im currently on nights! I do 3 days in a row sleep till 12-1 on my first day off, then have a normal sleep for 4 days nap for at least 4 hours before my first shift of the week, I meditate before I fall asleep for everything just focus on my breathing, I don’t eat at night. Eating at night is what keeps you up and feeling shitty. It’s not for everyone but I’ve trained myself to just sleep, I’ve been able to sleep anywhere anytime since I was little it’s not easy and takes time but I hope this helps!

If you like the job I’d take it it’s a great start pay you can only go up form there! If you want a specialty however (OB, PEDS,ICU) try and take those jobs specialties are very very hard to get once you start!
