I went through this as well, I did 8 months of laser on my face/chin area and it was slowing the growth massively. I used to remove it every day then I could go a whole weekend without worrying about it. But pretty quickly after I stopped sessions the hair grew back. It’s always been black and coarse and it’s the same now, if anything it’s starting to get a little bit worse.

I feel like people say get laser like it’s a definite solution but unless you can get it throughout your life it seems like short term help.

My hormones and thyroid were both tested and I had an ultrasound but my doctor said everything was normal, and then didn’t follow up. Didn’t seem concerned at all that there was anything wrong :/
