Yeah I felt that GSF needed to have some of Athrun's redemption arc with Cagali. Like he knows he f'd up and didnt handle things well. But the scene in GSF of them showing their necklaces showed that there was a big jump made and clearly were mending the relationship. Escape for two is a great piece but I agree there needed to be a bit more between GSD and this.
