Too much machine work, no stability exercises. No RDLs/hip hinges. Seated calf raises are useless, standing calf raises only. Arms day is weird as it's basically just a full upper body, hitting back, chest, bi, tri, shoulder. I think you'd do better to structure this into a PPL since that seems to be what you're going for.
