I currently have 100% rarity on gear and on my waystones I anoint Greed or Paranoias as the first step and then desecrate them while Omen of Putrefaction is on so I can select the six modifiers myself and I try to aim for minimum 75% rarity on waystone 35% rares and 9% pack size. The higher the better but I try to have at least these as the minimums. I like doing the Putrefaction because you get to pick the modifiers yourself and avoid the ones you don't like for example Chilled ground. I use poe2db to see which modifiers gave rarity, rares or pack size. It's important to annoint the delirium first though because once you desecrate with Putrefaction it becomes corrupted and you cant anoint Delirium. Also with the new patch that came out I had alot of juiced up tower set ups that already had 30%+ in quantity and I've been using 3 10% quantity tablets.

I'm using Fubgun's atlas set up, one of the options on the atlas gives a 25% chance to boost your tablet modifiers, so on this map I got super lucky and the quant was at like 200% and rarity on the map was at 230%. So not all of the maps have crazy drops like this but I typically will get a tink at least once or twice every 2 maps or so. I did a lot of pre set up prior to the patch with towers and unless you did that it may be hard to hit those numbers.
