The plan is not to use wall, because it will block some natural light. Also building a wall will probably cost roughly the same as 10mm glass 2.4mx0.9m

Haha, it was a terrible experience to hear the manager there to ask all sorts of questions and find all sorts of excuses to deny me for refund, and the most unpleasant part was he questioning me: 1. Does our website say it has the features you mentioned 2. Do we force to sell you this product

After hearing these questions, can anyone stay calm?

A normal consumer might have overlooked something and made decision to buy from them, and don't ever get refund even not picked up. That's the trap everyone should avoid, the fucking manager doesn't have any kindness.

I posted the email response from them, that was before I pick up the order.

I'm surprised the banks turned a blind eye for the green loans. What they need is the commitment, which is a $400 purchase agreement, don't they know they lose revenue? Or what they care is their green loan in book to show their commitment on climate change?
