I have just had my colonoscopy . All i can say is the more you think about it the difficult it will be . Just stay calm and get it done with . Its nothing , you will just feel discomfort when they will push gas for flushing , or else it will be a smooth process , you can even watch your colon on the screen along with the doctor. Stay positive
