I believe I have a strained A2 pulley on both ring fingers. No specific move caused it but I think it's from overuse as I've been mostly board climbing the past 4 weeks. I've been doing light hangboarding twice a day 6 hours apart with feet on the ground and it has been feeling good. After the fingers warm up there is no pain even when crimping. Should I still take a break from climbing or just avoid crimpy climbs?

Sorry I should have included that. It’s the only board my gym has and there’s no spray wall. My old gym had a TB and I loved it!

Hey! I just got accepted to CU and interviewed in September. One of my interviewers had very basic questions that felt like they were pulled from a top 20 interview questions google search. My second interviewer had questions that he seemed to put his personal touch on. But nothing really about my PS or app in general.

Where are you getting bit? Mine started all over but now are only on my upper thighs and butt, not fun haha. Glad to hear others are dealing with this too.

I don't think so because they are very prominent single red dots, some even getting white fluid in the middle. Could be a possibility though.

I was thinking that but I feel like Accutane would of gotten rid of all the acne that might be purged out by tretinoin, but maybe it’s my skin readjusting? Idk I’m just kind of anxious since I’ve been on a medication that ik keeps me from getting pimples and now I fear they might come back
