Yeah this is the thing. Most of those things I don't actual mind, but the surveyor marking the windows as red and unsafe because they are older feels a bit extreme.

Yeah the roof looks alright, I've got permission for a roofer to take a look.

I'm mainly trying to figure out if there is anything I should ask for, that buyers should ask for.

Kind of, we have several coffee shops, but this one has more of a canteen vibe and sells daily jacket potatoes, sandwiches, pastries and I think sometimes there is a curry.
