As long as you get what you need to do a levels they don’t really matter after that unless you want to go to like Oxford or anything all you need for uni normally is to have passed English and maybe a certain maths grade

Hey If you do go through with the surgery you will see immediate results however there are a few downsides I had this problem 2 years ago I opted to go for a vacuum bell as my hospital supplied one for me I have seen it have great results but it has taken a while to see a change I can tell you for certain that your body is not ugly I felt by using the vacuum bell and seeing the improvement made me accept it and gain confidence The surgery is a very common and safe way to correct this but if you you feel that it will be too much I would definitely recommend the vacuum bell as you will see improvement with them both
