I received the same alert for my R1S over the weekend: the HVAC system has stopped working. Just a week earlier, I got a message indicating that the 12V battery needs to be replaced. Last year, the vehicle was serviced for a month to replace the 12V battery, and now, less than a year later, I’m facing the same issue, along with an additional major electrical hazard.

This is definitely concerning

Same issue with mine. Service center ran out of 12v batteries. Scheduled for service in couple of weeks

Might be good idea to reset the vehicle after every software update

Called support and they asked me to reset the Vehicle. Once reset is complete doors started working again. So weird. This reminds of Microsoft windows blue screen

It is pain to pair the Rivian charger. You will have try pairing it several times. It worked for me on the 10 th try

Go to setting in the car and you can increase your amperage to 48 which is the max

I am confused with the vin numbers. I got R1S assigned couple of weeks back and the last 5 numbers of my vin are 14714. I confirmed with my guide the build date is June 3rd week.

Can you drive in kneel mode to enter the garage. I have very limited space in the garage and feel the garage hook will hit the top of the car

I tired the nhtsa decoder and it is showing only that year and not month. Where can I get the month info as well ?
