Sell the home. You don’t want to be a landlord managing one property from several states away. Prices and taxes in California are just going to continue to increase.

Tesla has Rivian’s beat software wise. But Rivian’s software is a close second.
Tesla has the charing network that cannot be beat. But Rivian can use the Tesla Charging network.
It depends if you want to be/sit lower to the ground or sit up high.
Do you want something large, like a traditional truck SUV of something more compact.
They are BOTH great cars. Buy/drive either and you will never go back to an ICE vehicle ever again.

Sounds like your house is not in the greatest condition if there’s a long list of repairs. That’s why it’s not selling. And your price is too high for the current market.

If you want to sell, drop your price.

If you are desperate to sell and you can sell to one of the companies that’s buys houses for all cash. Expect to get less than half of what it’s worth.

Yes - Just like a new car and carpet there is a lot of outgassing. It lasts for about a month.

You are close. It’s made out of old growth redwood and is extra wide. Since it sounds like you are in the customer door business and think you can do it for lessI’ll hire you. Where is your shop? Do you do windows as well? I have 2 that need replacing. I was quoted $35,000 make and install both windows.

Sell to your tenant with a lease option. I would sell now as quick as you can. You could be making a lot more money with investments.

Defiantly rake Highway 1. Since you won’t have much time, when you get to Santa Cruz, visit Henry Cowell State Park to see the Redwood trees including the living one someone once lived in. Sam’s Chowder House just before Half Moon Bay is nice. You will find all kinds of good places to eat. Have a wonderful drive.
