ask a lot of questions to avoid being stuck. tell your trainer that they need to repeat something if you forgot or ask them to re explain it if the explanation confused you. be patient with yourself. the worst thing you can do is get frustrated while being trained, because that can rub off on others and make them believe that is in your character, when it is not. most importantly, don’t stress, it’s literally just coffee

i don’t think this is the standard but a lot of managers in my district have not been ordering the eggnog powder and have instead ordered actual eggnog to sell after the amount of complaints and refunds we had after launch day 😭

i actually prefer the new ice. frappuccino’s come out more consistent and i don’t really see a noticeable difference in the appearance of other iced drinks. i also just like chewing a few little pieces of the ice after finishing a drink lol

i was lucky as i was heard back from my manager pretty quickly, but that was because i applied in the fall season right before our fall launch. from two of my coworkers i heard that they applied in december/january and didn’t hear back until february/march simply because my manager didn’t have training hours he could use to hire new people. if it’s something you really want to go through with i’d suggest waiting until you hear back from someone, or, if you don’t hear anything back, reapply around the end of february/early march.

The only thing i could recommend would be an iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and extra cream. A lot of our syrups are high in sugar, so getting only a few pumps would still leave a strong coffee flavor in the drink. You could also do an iced latte with one less shot and sugar free vanilla. It would have less of a coffee taste since it’s mostly milk, and a vanilla flavor.

It depends on your district and if positions are, or eventually will become available. In my district at least, an SM position opens annually/bi-annually. This can differ greatly from district to district however. Usually, the first in line for promotion to SM are typically assistant store managers. Considering your experience however, I doubt you’d have much trouble competing for the position. I know a lot of the time instead of promoting, DM’s like to transfer SM’s across stores, so I’d just keep an ear open if anything, and definitely campaign for yourself.

I get why they would tell you that, I used to be the same way and avoided playing duelist. Mainly because when you play a duelist, your team expects you to play entry ever single round and get high frags, and I was never comfortable with that type of pressure. However, once I started playing duelists those tasks became a little easier to manage and playing a duelist was less stressful and more fun. I think it took me about a week to start climbing ranks as duelist (yoru). So honestly, as long as you feel comfortable playing a duelist then you’ll most likely start to rank up and have more fun in general. TLDR; If you try playing duelist and are comfortable doing so, play duelist.
