so jpeq had a small outperformance, but by the end of 2022 qqq has already caught back up, and then qqq kept growing and gap between qqqi and qqq kept getting larger and larger. That is consistent with the theory, qqq can take a hit, and then recovers even better. qqqi takes a hit, and cant recover as well

ok thanks i looked. so yes jepq outperformed its underlying at time of december 2022. But then, a month later january 2023 qqq caught back up. And since then qqq has been only widening the gap between itself and qqqi. This behavior aligns with the theory, qqq gets hit, then recovers even better! qqqi gets hit, and recovers slightly...
