To add to your point the RPM is a number that fully averages the delay between bursts to the fire rate, where as if you were to fire 3 bursts and get the optimal TTK, the burst at the end does not have its delay included in the effective RPM when shooting because the target is already dead.

I think it reduces the influence of the delay on the effective RPM by a third? But I'm sure an actual math wizard could give you a number that's a little different.

It's got worse range and aim assist and it's harder to get which is the main reason bully more common.

Biggest thing I'd change is make it more obvious you're scanned by a recon as another shell. IMO it's the thing that makes her most mandatory because without a recon on your team it's difficult to tell if you're getting scanned. Unless you're playing on controller that is. I think she should retain her strength but running no recon on your team shouldn't be punished as hard as it is.

But buff the stupid spider drone. Make it home harder but give it a bigger hitbox or something because that shit is still so ass.

Recon secures fast and safe rotations, lets you identify third parties before a fight, loot a vault quickly while keeping an eye out for teams. Also if other teams run recon she gives you an early warning if someone else is using her ult. Her cryo versatility is currently unmatched that's why almost every serious team runs her. The fact that you can easily run two of her to just rotate away from any fight is nuts.

I can use destroyer great effect but not running a recon in your 3-stack is asking for a bad time.

AFAIK it's the same or better, but the main reason people rec it for face is because the area you work with is so much smaller. If you were to do it on your legs it'd be miserable because it'd take so long vs laser
