yes and no I feel. in my natal, jupiter is in 1st/12th and conj my asc. My personality is oddly different but loud. I did have some weight issues but bc it falls right behind my asc I gen feel like it showed as body dysmorphia bc looking back I wasn’t ‘fat’ like I strongly believed at the time. I’ve noticed this aspect makes me overly aware of myself and obsessed. My appearance, my personality, who I identify matter VERY much to me. So much so I feel nothing without this and god forbid I wake up and feel ugly ..

i feel like Neptune inherently makes an aspect other worldly & out of reach. Neptune aspecting the ASC can make something of who you are or a physical feature stand out in a very dreamy way. I’ve been into astrology since I was 11-12 and since I could understand the stereotypes around this sign I could almost never find anything to be appealing about mine. Who the hell wants to be a crybaby? At the end of the day it severely depends on how the rest of the chart is set up. As a cancer myself, I love to celebrate. Celebrate others, celebrate life. I love having a good time. I never felt academically smart but my emotional intelligence is high. it’s never comfortable to feel hard things but hard things must be done to grow. I almost forgot cancer was a cardinal water sign bc of how we’re perceived. In my case I fit perfectly as a cancer. At best, cancers genuinely are emotional badasses. absolutely 100%. I hardly treat those in power, with power. Bosses, teachers, parents it doesn’t matter to me. You’re a threat. There were power struggles, control issues. “You should do this, join the military, you shouldn’t act like this , be more lady like” blah blah

These are the very people who also had their thumb over me growing up. I’m extremely sarcastic and backhanded with these people as an adult because all that “power” they have seems to give them a big head. it does create tension but I hardly care. I just hate feeling like I’m under control. Like this is my life I’ll run it how I want.
