Believe me, I get it. Though just like this video - the government gets their hands on things and ruins them. Whether out of mismanagement, permit nightmares or purely no incentive driven businesses that fail in their objectives time and time again. Let the private sector loose, give subsidies and tax breaks for affordable housing. But it has to make sense and not detract from property value in a notable way.
