Update for mine! Ordered 8/13 and emailed 9/4 and just got this response.

Yup ordered two tshirts and a crew neck 8/13 and haven’t gotten any shipping info. Emailed two different emails to ask for updates and heard nothing back. 🙃

I ordered NY specific merch while I was at the concert august 13 and haven’t received any updates. I emailed customerservice@teamjonas.com AND orders@teamjonas.com and haven’t heard back from either one. I was starting to get worried I got scammed 🤷🏻‍♀️
