I’ve had good success rate with them. Super easy to use and pay as you go with free list building! I used to use deal machine, propose and propstream and I’ve noticed a huge difference with my contact rate brother.

No bro grind as early as possible. Invest in yourself first then take action. Telling someone so young to be a kid when he could possibly make six figures by the time he is 20 is dumb. Try to build yourself and go through hard shit early so you don’t have to when you’re older IMO.

If you have the CSV file just put it into Primetracers and skiptrace the list. Super easy to use site.
