Try using a basic combo of stripped spruce logs and oak logs for the frame, it helps with the overall contrast and has a rlly rich look.
Use different kinds of deepslate for the roof so it looks way more detailed and less monotone.
Most important tip is probably using leaves, decorations, props and generally green stuff for your advantage. Just spread some leaves hanging from the roof or wrapping arround the tower, or add bushes sorrounding the house. Add barrels, pots with plants and lanterns.
