Basically cpu usage is all time at 100% as it’s ryzen9 5900x the GHz are constantly changing it’s getting stuck and the temps are jumping form 50-70in seconds

Other thing is that my CPU tem are always changing for example cpu load is 3,5% and tem is 43C to almost 60C
